As such it is highly recommended to occasionally fill the oil reservoir located on the hoist itself as outlined in paragraph 5.2.1 of the JD Neuhaus Operation Manual (provided with each hoist purchase through ZITEC). Relying solely on the oil reservoirs located inside the MAC's Interface Control Board (ICB) to sufficiently lubricate your valuable hoists is a gamble and not recommended.

Complying with these specific instructions and taking the minor preventative measures mentioned in the operation manual will ensure maximum hoist performance. The procedure for filling the hoist's reservoir is short and easy and will pay off by prolonging their life and ensuring their constant availability for your critical mission needs.
